Returns

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

To return an item please send an email to ventas@vagaluz.com.

You must enter the items you wish to return in the same box they were received in. Once we have verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send you an email and will refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

To make an exchange, you will have to return the item and put in a new order.
